Interview with Phillipe Bru at Chateau Vignelaure in Provence, where he is directeur oenologue and general manager. We discussed the history of Vignelaure, it's roots in Bordeaux, and how cabernet sauvignon works in Provence. We also discussed the work they do in the vineyard around sustainability. Enjoy.
